This delicious set of baked items showcases some of the most wonderful aspects of Pennsylvania foods as well as the best of The Pennsylvania Bakery.  Included in the set are the following:

• The Pennsylvania Bakery's Spaghetti Bread (2 loaves)
• Shoefly Pie: The world-renowned shoefly pie has its roots here in Central PA.  Our pies are made with pressed dough and flaky crusts of our own family recipes.  Combined with the perfect mixture of molasses, brown sugar and a rich streusel topping, our shoefly pies are a welcome dessert. (1 pie)
• Pecan Pie: Our own flaky crust filled with a delectable combination of pecans and rich juice poured and baked according to our family recipe.  Another wonderful pie. (1 pie)
• Apple Cinnamon Walnut Bread: Like our famous Spaghetti Bread, the ingredients are chopped and mixed in a rich dough consisting of locally grown apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and walnuts.  This makes a great breakfast bread, toasted, buttered, plain or with a creamy icing. (1 loaf)
• Whoopie Pies: This local favorite is made with HERSHEYS Cocoa.  Our chocolaty moist cookie is filled with our rich buttercream to make a wonderful tasty treat for all ages. (6 pies)
